Avant de créer Skinn Cosmetics, j'ai travaillé pendant vingt ans avec les maisons de cosmétiques les plus importantes au monde. J'ai toujours trouvé consternant leur façon de gérer leur entreprise. Malheureusement, les entreprises de cosmétiques importantes ne semblaient jamais vouloir créer des produits de qualité dans le but d'aider vraiment en vue de vraiment aider les consommatrices. Leur « façon de faire » était toujours la même : fabriquer un produit bon marché, le mettre dans un contenant chic et une jolie boîte et y apposer un prix exorbitant. Lorsque j'ai compris que ces entreprises ne changeraient jamais leur façon de faire, j'ai réalisé que je devais moi-même changer la nature de toute l'entreprise.
Lorsque j'ai lancé la marque Skinn en 2002, la question qu'on me posait le plus était : « Mais comment vas-tu faire ça, Dimitri? Comment vas-tu nous procurer plus de produits, de meilleure qualité et les vendre à un prix compétitif? » La réponse était assez simple. Après avoir occupé les postes les plus élevés dans les grosses maisons de cosmétiques, j'ai appris que l'argent dépensé ne va pas dans le produit. En fait, on dirait que l'argent va partout sauf dans le produit : les campagnes publicitaires, l'espace de comptoir dans les grands magasins, les bureaux sur Park Avenue et plus encore, les emballages. Vous n'allez peut-être pas le croire, mais la plupart des entreprises dépensent plus d'argent sur le contenant et les jolis emballages que sur le contenu. J'assistais aux réunions dans les bureaux de Park Avenue pour discuter de l'amélioration des produits de l'entreprise. Ces réunions finissaient presque toujours par : « Changeons l'emballage ». Améliorer le produit semblait toujours bien trop cher puisqu'il faudrait ainsi rééduquer la consommatrice en ce qui concerne ce qu'est un produit de qualité. En fait, le secret est que l'eau n'a pas besoin d'être le premier ingrédient à constituer chaque produit.
Skinn offre ses produits par l'entremise de réseaux de magasinage télévisé dans le confort de votre foyer, sur Internet et dans des spas exclusifs et privés en Amérique du Nord. Cela nous a permis d'accéder à des millions de personnes tout en gardant peu de personnel. Nous n'avons pas de boutiques luxueuses ou de suites à New York et vous ne verrez pas de publicités coûteuses dans les magazines ou à la télé pendant les heures de grande écoute. Auto Delivery The products you love, delivered just when you need them!
How does Auto Delivery work?
You no longer have to re-order the products you enjoy the most! Once you've ordered an Auto Delivery item, shipments are automatically sent to you on an ongoing basis. You will be billed for and receive your first shipment promptly after placing your order, with subsequent shipments being sent out on a regular schedule (e.g. every 30, 60 or 90 days). Please see the individual product page for details on an item's pre-determined shipping schedule.
You will be billed at your original order price each time an item is shipped. Shipping and billing are repeated at the pre-determined schedule, until you cancel your plan.
Does the price I pay ever change?
The original price you paid when you first ordered your Auto Delivery item is the price you are guaranteed for as long as your plan continues. If for any reason the retail price of your Auto Delivery product is reduced, we'll automatically adjust the price on your future shipments, guaranteeing you get the lowest price.
Can I customize / cancel my Auto Delivery plan?
You can change the frequency of your Auto Delivery shipments, once your first shipment has been received in our warehouse. Simply call our Customer Care Centre at 1-888-2020-888 and request a frequency between 30 to 120 days.
If you're going to be away from home for an extended period of time, you can pause your shipments for up to 3 months.
You can also change the payment method used for future billing or, should you need to, you can cancel your Auto Delivery plan at any time. Simply call us at 1-888-2020-888 to make these changes.
How will I be billed for Auto Delivery shipments?
Your credit card will be billed each time an Auto Delivery shipment leaves our warehouse.
Can I pay for an Auto Delivery item using Easy Pay?
Easy Pay payments are available on select Auto Delivery items, on the original shipment only. Please see the specific item's product detail page for confirmation on Easy Pay payments.

How do I return an Auto Delivery item?
We want you to be satisfied with your Auto Delivery item. If for any reason you're not, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the receipt. We only ask that you return the product in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
Returns to The Shopping Channel are free, using our Canada Post Pre-Paid returns label. Please note that we do not refund your original shipping costs when we process your refund.
