Before starting Skinn Cosmetics, I worked for twenty years with the largest cosmetic houses in the world. I found myself constantly frustrated with the way they did business. Unfortunately, the big cosmetic companies never seem to care about making quality products that actually help the consumer. Their "formula" was always the same: make a cheap product, put it in a fancy jar with a nice box and charge as much as possible. After learning that I was never going to change how those big companies do business from within, I realized I needed to change the nature of the very industry in which they operate.
When I launched Skinn in 2002 the question most asked was "How are you going to do it Dimitri? How are you going to give us more products, better products, and keep them at a comparable price?" The answer was really quite simple. After working at the highest levels of the big cosmetics houses, I learned that the money they spend does not go into the product. In fact, it seems to go everywhere but the product: ad campaigns, department store counter space, Park Avenue offices, and, most of all, packaging. Believe it or not, most companies spend more money on the container and fancy boxes than on the product that's inside. I used to sit in meetings in those Park Avenue offices to talk about how to improve the company's products. Those meetings always seem to end the same: "Let's change the packaging." Upgrading the product was always deemed too costly as it would require re-educating the consumer about what constitutes a quality product. In essence the secret would be out that water does not have to be the first ingredient in every product.
Skinn offers its products only through televised home shopping, the internet and exclusive, privately owned spas throughout North America. This has allowed us to reach the maximum amount of people, while keeping overhead very low. We don't have expensive retail shops or New York office suites; you won't see costly magazine or prime time TV ads. What we do have are some of the finest cosmetics ever made. You'll see the difference!

The products you love, delivered just when you need them! How does Auto Delivery work? You no longer have to re-order the products you enjoy the most! Once you've ordered an Auto Delivery item, shipments are automatically sent to you on an ongoing basis. You will be billed for and receive your first shipment promptly after placing your order, with subsequent shipments being sent out on a regular schedule (e.g. every 30, 60 or 90 days). Please see the individual product page for details on an item's pre-determined shipping schedule. You will be billed at your original order price each time an item is shipped. Shipping and billing are repeated at the pre-determined schedule, until you cancel your plan. Does the price I pay ever change? The original price you paid when you first ordered your Auto Delivery item is the price you are guaranteed for as long as your plan continues. If for any reason the retail price of your Auto Delivery product is reduced, we'll automatically adjust the price on your future shipments, guaranteeing you get the lowest price. Can I customize / cancel my Auto Delivery plan? You can change the frequency of your Auto Delivery shipments, once your first shipment has been received in our warehouse. Simply call our Customer Care Centre at 1-888-2020-888 and request a frequency between 30 to 120 days. If you're going to be away from home for an extended period of time, you can pause your shipments for up to 3 months. You can also change the payment method used for future billing or, should you need to, you can cancel your Auto Delivery plan at any time. Simply call us at 1-888-2020-888 to make these changes. How will I be billed for Auto Delivery shipments? Your credit card will be billed each time an Auto Delivery shipment leaves our warehouse. Can I pay for an Auto Delivery item using Easy Pay? Easy Pay payments are available on select Auto Delivery items, on the original shipment only. Please see the specific item's product detail page for confirmation on Easy Pay payments. We are continually expanding our selection of Auto Delivery products! How do I return an Auto Delivery item? We want you to be satisfied with your Auto Delivery item. Love that I got it on autodelivery

I love this product. The moisturizer is wonderful. Took a while to get into a routine, but once I did it was easy and I look forward to cleansing my face to put the serums on. Thank you SKINN.

Im glad I got this on auto-delivery, leaves my skin soft and takes care of fine lines. When i can see a difference when i skip a day or two and u can see my skin is dry from make up and elements. I have sensitive skin and have had no reaction to this product. Love the fact ppl tell me i dont look my age thanx Demetri love ur products n will stick to them cuz they work!!!

This is by far my favourite skin care line. Since I have been using it I regularly get compliments on how good I am looking. I'm very glad this is available on auto-delivery because I never want to be without it.I do wish Dimitri would make a kit that included the Eye Rejen as well.

I really like the moisturizer, it goes right into the skin. It feels thick at first but as it warms up as you rub it into your skin it absorbs right in. I like the lip and face serum too.

I am always amazed at the effectiveness & quality of Skinn cosmetics.I work in the retail cosmetic field & I am always being complimented on my great skin @ 64!!A little embarrassing as I get much better results than if I used the very expensive creams I sell.I use the ampules morning & night for maximum results.I do find the plastic cap splits very easily but the products are fantastic thank-goodness for auto delivery as I would not want to be with-out any of these products.Thanks Dimitri
Love this product
Great moisturizer. I've tried other lines (really expensive ones) and find that it does the job just as well, if not better. I just wish that the eye stem cream would also be available on auto-delivery.
Skin feels smooth
I've used this since I received it in July. I have seen a slight difference in my skin and lines. The lip cream tingles when applied and feels quite nice. I really do like the product and hope to see more of a difference in future months.
Skinn is all I use now!

I previously used a very very expensive line of skincare. I saw Dimitrie on The Shopping Channel quite a few shows before I took the plunge. The products are amazing and my skinn looks very firm and lifted and glowing. I find the ampules make a big difference in the firmness and clearity of my skin. The products include the latest and greatest new discoveries and whenever you introduce something new I laugh to myself and say those fancy jars mean nothing.
