I Was Wrong!
from FORT ERIE
I have had this for several months, and have given it many trials. It seems to have become more wet at the tip, which could be the Company's storage method causing it to be dry on the end. I store it tip down, logically, and now it is ready to use with no difficulty. I have learned to apply it with tiny strokes between lashes and the look is more natural and easier than drawing one perfect line. It does not blend or move at all, so precision is important but now that I have tried this new method, it looks fabulous with mascara. I really like it now and encourage others to try it.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

All three arrived dried out and useless
Like reviewer Crystal, I wanted eyeliners in other colours as well as black, but all three were dried out and useless when they arrived.I sent them back and would not recommend them to anyone.

Tedious to Apply
I received the replacement for a dry pencil I previously reviewed and it is not dry but the fine tip doesn't seem to get any product. So to apply I have to use the side of the felt tip then try to smooth it out with the tip before it dries. It is a very slow finicky process, but once the liner is on it doesn't move. I wanted brown and it may as well be black as it is very dark. Maybe the black stock would be fresher and easier to use. I like the formula but it's not what you want in a hurry! Needs a better applicator or brush.
Difficult to apply
This.is one of the few brown liners available from any company: not everyone wants black! However the first one I received was dried out and the replacement. Is just barely wet enough at the end. I have decided to keep it because once it's on it stays on, so worth the fight. But don't let it dry wrong or you're stuck with it!
