Before starting Skinn Cosmetics, I worked for twenty years with the largest cosmetic houses in the world. I found myself constantly frustrated with the way they did business. Unfortunately, the big cosmetic companies never seem to care about making quality products that actually help the consumer. Their "formula" was always the same: make a cheap product, put it in a fancy jar with a nice box and charge as much as possible. After learning that I was never going to change how those big companies do business from within, I realized I needed to change the nature of the very industry in which they operate.
When I launched Skinn in 2002 the question most asked was "How are you going to do it Dimitri? How are you going to give us more products, better products, and keep them at a comparable price?" The answer was really quite simple. After working at the highest levels of the big cosmetics houses, I learned that the money they spend does not go into the product. In fact, it seems to go everywhere but the product: ad campaigns, department store counter space, Park Avenue offices, and, most of all, packaging. Believe it or not, most companies spend more money on the container and fancy boxes than on the product that's inside. I used to sit in meetings in those Park Avenue offices to talk about how to improve the company's products. Those meetings always seem to end the same: "Let's change the packaging." Upgrading the product was always deemed too costly as it would require re-educating the consumer about what constitutes a quality product. In essence the secret would be out that water does not have to be the first ingredient in every product.
Skinn offers its products only through televised home shopping, the internet and exclusive, privately owned spas throughout North America. This has allowed us to reach the maximum amount of people, while keeping overhead very low. We don't have expensive retail shops or New York office suites; you won't see costly magazine or prime time TV ads. What we do have are some of the finest cosmetics ever made. The products you love, delivered just when you need them! How does Auto Delivery work? You no longer have to re-order the products you enjoy the most! Once you've ordered an Auto Delivery item, shipments are automatically sent to you on an ongoing basis. You will be billed for and receive your first shipment promptly after placing your order, with subsequent shipments being sent out on a regular schedule (e.g. every 30, 60 or 90 days). Shipping and billing are repeated at the pre-determined schedule, until you cancel your plan. Does the price I pay ever change? If for any reason the retail price of your Auto Delivery product is reduced, we'll automatically adjust the price on your future shipments, guaranteeing you get the lowest price. Can I customize / cancel my Auto Delivery plan? You can change the frequency of your Auto Delivery shipments, once your first shipment has been received in our warehouse. Simply call our Customer Care Centre at 1-888-2020-888 and request a frequency between 30 to 120 days. If you're going to be away from home for an extended period of time, you can pause your shipments for up to 3 months. You can also change the payment method used for future billing or, should you need to, you can cancel your Auto Delivery plan at any time. Simply call us at 1-888-2020-888 to make these changes. How will I be billed for Auto Delivery shipments? Your credit card will be billed each time an Auto Delivery shipment leaves our warehouse. Can I pay for an Auto Delivery item using Easy Pay? Easy Pay payments are available on select Auto Delivery items, on the original shipment only. Please see the specific item's product detail page for confirmation on Easy Pay payments. I love the olive & enzyme cleanser, so I was really excited to try this natural product. After 3 days, my skin was a mess - red, splotchy, and oily. If I had used them any longer, I believe these products would have caused a serious breakout. What a waste. I'm really disappointed with these products.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I started out using the calming cream and was pleased with it so I ordered the set on auto delivery(first item I have ever ordered on auto delivery). My skin has improved a lot - redness diminished, pores appear smaller and my skin just looks soft and moisturized. I am very pleased with the results as I was using another "non-toxic" line and was waking up with red blotchs on my face. Very happy with this line.

I read the reviews and have rosaeca as well, for which most skin products don't work well on.. well Dimitri it seems that you have come up with a product that does!! I use this everyday and it seems to do exactly what its supposed to, it calms the redness!! I went on the Auto Delivery and am glad that I did, I should never have to worry about redness again!!! Thank you..anyone sitting on the fence about ordering this product, go ahead and try it you won't be sorry that you did!!

I have been experimenting with several product lines over the last year; however, my sensitive dry rosaeca facial skin was not improving. In fact, it seemed to get worse. I was watching SKINN last week when they had the Showstopper. Dimitri sounded very knowledgeable but I wasn't sure the products would be right for me. The Law of Attraction stepped in just at the right moment! A lady with a similar story as mine called in...she too was over 50 and right away he recommended Skinnaturals Triple Relief System. I ordered right away and when it arrived started using on my face that was also compromised by a very bad cold...so not only rosaeca but Rudolf nose as well!!!! I saw an improvement immediately and now several days later could not be more happy with the results. Thank you so much I finally feel I have found the right product for me.
Very natural cucumber based line.

Although I have this on auto delivery, the 1st set went to a friend. Now I am using it also and love the fresh cucumber scent and knowing how naturally based it is. The 3 products are concentrated, not a lot is needed. Very soothing & calming, leaving my skin moist, nourished and content. All products in clean pump packaging which might need to be tweaked so the correct amount is more easily delivered per pump.

Love this product
This is product delivers. I was drawn to this product as it is not chemical based. But also Dimitri had said it would calm redness and reduce broken capillaries. Still skeptical I decided to order it. I works like a charm. Within days my skin was much calmer. The broken capillaries and the dryness around my nose disappeared!. Nearly all the rednesss as gone now (6 weeks later)It is lightly scented. And a lttle of the serum and the moisturizer goes a long way.Kudo to Dimitri, keep this product coming...an eye cream would be a great addition to this Naturals line.

Another Winner for Skinn!

After years of being a Product Junkie I've comfortably settled in to Skinn. Dimitri's positive and entertaining personality drew me in but let's face it, it all comes down to the products and they are wonderful.I don't have sensitive skin but decided to try the Triple Relief system anyway. The simplicity of it appeals to me. I love it! My 60 year old skin is noticeably agreeing with the system. A little really goes a long way with everything so I would caution to not use a whole pump but experiment to find out what gives you what you need. I use the Pure Energy Replenishing Mineral Bath first so I use a very small amount of the serum and moisturizer and still get complete coverage easily. I'm just hoping Dimitri comes up with an eye serum/cream for the system to top it all off. I'm still using the Stem Rejen serums and it all works together beautifully.Thanks to TSC and Dimitri for bringing these products to us. If he keeps this up they're going to have to give us more stars to choose from...

Triple Relief System

I do appreciate the packaging although I wish these were all in glass containers. I do not like plastic nor recycled plastics for cosmetics. The plastic containers were well thought out and clean to use, that I do appreciate. The scent is clean and subtle or barely there. The products are not sticky and feel soothing on the skin. I have very sensitive skin and most products give me hives, so far so good. I ordered these as an auto delivery which makes using this trio easy. The products surprised me in a positive way.
