Weird fit

Was really hoping this dress would fit well, but it doesn't. The cross over area on the bust doesn't sit where it's supposed to. Nice material and color though. Have to send it back.

It's a nice dress and the price was right, but it didn't fit properly. The cross-over in the bust didn't look right. Back it went.

My First Spense Dress Let-down

I ordered this dress in Royal blue and the colour was lovely as was the over-all style and fit. However, I think the cross-over area of the bust was flawed as it isn't defined as the picture shows. It's just a mess of wrinkled fabric. I've bought 6 other dresses from the Spense line and up until this point, I've been very happy. Sadly, I've had to send this one back, but I'll keep purchasing this brand.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

A great dress :)

Love this dress, lovely summer-weight material, drapes nicely, feels summery and cool. I got the fireglow, beautiful colour, and love the length too, I'm 5'3 and a half, and it's about an inch and a half above the knee - perfect. I don't normally do this but found the garment measurements were not helpful, so I ordered a small and a medium, and ended up keeping the medium. I generally wear a size 8 or small, so true to size ? maybe not. Bottom-line though, love the dress and returned the size small.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

A great summer dress

Love this dress, got the fireglow and it's a vibrant red/orange colour. Lovely material, fit is great, and at 5'4" it's the perfect length, an inch or two above the knee. Not sure about one comment below, the true to size one. I generally wear a size 8 or small in most sizes but in this one I ordered the medium and it's perfect.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Very nice summer dress

Just received one of two Spense dresses that I ordered; this being one of them. This particular dress is very pretty and just the right length for a petite (I'm 5'1") person. The material is so soft and is very cool in the hot weather. I'm very glad that I ordered this dress.

Just great!

This dress is just to cute, is affordable and is going to be perfect for summer. I got the Emerald in medium and its true to size and I am sure I will get alot of wear out of it.
Thanks Greta- I believed you and you were not wrong!
I also got the pink asymetrical tank dress it too is lovely...Hope they bring this line back. Simple affordable and for real people!
