Good, small treadmill

By Ali the walker

from Vancouver

i purchased this treadmill and was pleased with it out of the box. Assembly was quick and instructions clear. It is very quiet and provides me with good information on distance, speed and elapsed time. I walk 6 km per day and use treadmill on nasty weather days.

It is a small treadmill though. I am a petite women so it works fine for my body size. A larger person may want to consider a wider and perhaps longer treaded machine.

Manual Treadmill review

By Michael

from Ottawa

Bought this a couple of days ago. Here are some pros and cons.

Pros
-Fast shipping (2-3 days)
-Small and foldable
-Good for walking on.
-Cheap compared to $1000+ electric treadmill
-Running is possible but awkward
-This exercise equipment is not common so your visiting friends will be curious about it.

Cons:
-Need to hold handles at all times or risk falling off.
-You do not lose a lot of calories because you must hold handle at all times.
-A little bit noisy but less noisy than electric one
-The mat gets stuck sometimes when walking on it. I guess putting some oil under it might resolve it.

Overall, I would only recommend it for someone who sits in front of the TV all day.
