Appareil Aeropilates Stamina Premier 298

I've been using the product for about 3 weeks and I would definitely recommend it. It really works your arms, legs and core well... not to mention it's fun to use too! The DVDs provided are very beginner so I use all 3 for one workout session. Planning on getting the next level DVDs soon.

When I first got the product, I was missing the hardware bag and neck pillow. I got in contact with Stamina Products and they sent the missing items to me promptly. Very good customer service.

The only downside to the machine for me is that since I'm 5'11" I find the jumping motion very limited, as well as some of the bar moves done on toes. I can't imagine that someone who's 6'5" can use this....

Also, I'm unable to leave the machine out since I live in a small condo. However, I can manage to fold it up and store it under my bed when it's not in use, which is great.

All in all - great product! Keep up the good work.

I had been considering trying one of these machines for quite awhile and finally got brave enough to order it. However, when I first opened the box, I was very disappointed. The reformer had not been secured properly for shipping and the case for the DVD's had smashed and the jagged plastic edges had badly scored the material on the slider. In addition, the head rest and the plastic bag of hardware were missing. However, after one call to the toll free number included with the instructions, a replacement pad for the slider, new DVD's, plus the missing hardware and head rest were promptly sent to me. Now I am happily using this product, and I love it. I'm still on the beginner's workout, but my core is getting stronger, and I can see a marked improvement in my flexibility. Because of the prompt and courteous action from the manufacturer's customer service dept. as well as the reformer's performance, I am giving this a 5-star rating.

Firstly I am sure the "pillow" was included in the on air presentation and no I didn't receive it either. Secondly, while this machine will give you a taste of what you could get with a proper machine it has design flaws that make it uncomfortable to use. The fact that it is inferior to the machine in the video exacerbates an already bad experience. It is too low to the ground, it does not have raised pully wheels so that the strings rub on your shoulders through most lying down excercises. Bottom line is save up the 2 grand and get the real thing, wish I had.

I had the tv on tsc and wasn't really paying that much attention until I heard Lisa, the tsc host give a personal testimonial about the machine. She said she had MS and that she had tried many other forms of exercise and the pilates is the one she is using. My daughter has recently been diagnosed with MS and has always kept in shape through some form of exercise or other but lately even yoga was too difficult to do. Lisa's story was so similar to my daughter's I was compelled to drop what I was doing and listen more closely. After hearing and watching I called my daughter and told her to listen to the next pilates show to see if she thought this would be beneficial for her. She called back later and said it sounded like the perfect exercise for her. That is all it took for me to order it for her and have it delivered to her home. She has since been using it with no fatigue or pain. This is a great machine! She loves her pilates! Thank you Lisa for sharing your story and I wish you well!

I have been using the Aero Pilates performer for a few weeks now and really like it, I enjoy that it works your total body and targets so many muscles. The first day I used it I could feel it in my legs, some of the exercises I could not finish but within a few day I could see the difference and I was improving. I have many exercise equipment a at home and by far this is the best and I look forward to using it. What I like to is it was easy to assemble and move around if needed. The things that are not no great is I did not receive my headpad but I was directed to the manufacture and they were great and said they would send meme me one. It does have some noise when going back and forth but not to bad. I hope though there will be more advanced videos sold in the future.

You don't even notice the time
I already fell and see the difference
Love the machine
Also ordered the stand that goes with it and I recommend that highly
It makes the movement on the machine easier and getting on and off is easier
What I don't like is the shoulder pads. They could be more comfortable and the ropes are not high enough on the machine
They rub on your shoulders when you exercise
But that doesn't take away from the efficiency of the machine

I just bought the machine, so I have only used it for a couple of weeks, but have found it to be a good workout to improve flexibility. The introductory workouts will work for now, but it would be nice to have advanced workouts available for purchase. As for negative comments, one would be that once I added the stand my machine also starting making a scraping sound when I use it (as another reviewer mentioned). It's annoying but does not seem to hinder the function of the machine. A second negative comment was that my purchase also did not include a pillow, and it was indicated during the broadcast that it was included with the purchase. Since you are unable to use the pillow for a good number of exercises I'm not overly upset about the missing item, but you should get what you've paid for. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and find it a good piece of equipment to add to my home gym.

So easy to exercise with the pilates system. I have other exercise equipment, but this is by far my favourite. It is so easy and I love the trampoline attachment for cardio. I haven't missed a day yet since I got it. I actually love to exercise now. It really helps to firm and tone the muscles all around.

I got my pilates machine two weeks ago, and I love it. I'm using it quite frequently. I'm already seeing changes, so I know it will keep getting better.

Il est de tres grande qualite, mais je suis incapable de me promener dans un mouvement de va et viens; cela me donne la nausee et j'en ai pour le journee a me replacer.
Je suis tres decu, parce que j'adore m'entrainer et varier mes entrainements!
