Eurosteam Green Multi-Steamer with Accessories, Caddy and 7 Brushes

I was thrilled when I first got it. I'm 57, live alone, it doesn't get much use except for going after a 6 lb. male Chihuahua... But 5-6 weeks later it stopped working. The Shopping Channel told me it was under warranty and the company was very good. They have been! CanPar picked it up at their expense and they called me with the replacements they made (new boiler, and 2 other parts), did it fast and now I'm waiting for it to come back in a day or two. I still have great hopes for the future, I hope it'll last for years after this hic-cup at the beginning. And that is the story so far :)

Best little green machine ever,it is Fabulous!!! Cleaned the stove burners to a shine, that has to be the one thing I hate cleaning more than anything,and it made it so much easier. Looking forward to trying it on rugs and other things. I am truly happy with this machine. Yes a guage would have been a bonus like others are commenting, but over-all I like the performance so far. Eurosteam if you are looking for someone to try out prototypes "CALL ME". :P

I think I got a bad one. After 10 minutes of warming up I could put my hand directly in the steam and only found it slightly hot. I used it till the tank emptied but found I still had to clean the normal way. As others said it would be nice if they had a guage to show the water level. Sent it back.

Love it! I use it to clean everything, and I am glad it kills bacteria and viruses.

I used it on my ceramic floors first. Perfect! Tried on my wool area rugs. Again perfect! Tried it on my apolstered furniture, again perfect. I loved what it did, but I found it too big for my needs so I exchanged it @ TSC for something similar only smaller.

This Steamer delivers! The force of the steam is enough for tough cleaning jobs. Does a beautiful job on the floors and Cupboard fronts. I can't scrub the cupboards without damaging them but this Steamer did it all, without scrubbing. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there is no gauge to show how much water is left in the tank.

I am very happy that I bought the steamer and I use it on the floor,oven,microwave and sink too.
And I use it dust off my two orecks too.:)

I absolutely love it! The unit supplies such an impressive amount of steam that sometimes I could not see at all. All of the accessories are geared to the specific needs. For the toilet I used the squeeze attachment, for the floor I used the floor brush. I used the intense spray attachment to blast away the dirt around the toilet and drains. I think of another use for it everyday. This spring I will be using it for my windows and tracks. All of the accessories are sturdy and the unit itself very small and easy to carry over the shoulder with the strap. The first time I used it cleaned with an almost inexhaustible amount of steam and was surprised to find that it steams steady for 90 minutes. The only problem I may have with it, is to recommend that you know exactly where your children and pets when you are using this appliance. You definitely have to be in a good mental health to use it as the risk of possibly burning yourself is there. Please remember to unplug the unit if you are not actually streaming and always when you change accessories. I keep a small amount of ice,a large towel, my cell phone, and always tie up my hair as it is below my waist. I have been bragging to my friends and family about how much I love it. This is going to be the most important cleaning/disinfecting tool I have in my home. Ya!

This steamer works great and does the job but like another review mentions there is no visible water level gauge on the steamer. You fill the tank up per instructions, but then once you begin using it, you have no idea where your water level is at. I find this very inconvenient because if I'm doing a big clean like all of my floors, I'm always worried I will run the machine out of water and burn out the element.

Also you need the special spout too poor the water since it's on an angle this is most inconvenient. I do love the way it cleans but needs to be improved.

I too have had other steamers and find this by far the best, it is great for cleaning tiled floors, the best way ever to clean grout. It is much safer way than the chemical route for cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, leaving them just smelling clean and fresh. I also love it for disinfecting dog and cat beds between washes, and it is the only way to clean dog toys without killing the squeaker!
