Eurosteam Green Multi-Steamer

I was excited about my order. However, I was not too thrilled by my overall experience. It convinced me that steam cleaning is an option ... if it works like it should. This little unit however, did not hit the mark. Challenges:
>>Attachments kept coming off
>>Empties quickly ... long wait before refill
>>It did not clean the walls ... very well
>>It did not clean the sofa ... very well

I love this it makes housecleaning easy. Have done the floors, walls, bathrooms and kitchen, it cuts the grease without a lot of scrubbing. Most of my spring cleaning is done. The rust marks on the tub needed a little extra help, but I am very pleased with this product.

We also ordered one for the shop to clean parts.

I blasted coffee slops out of my carpet effortlessly.
Cleaned the walls where my dogs (when wet and dirty) run along and rub up against easily.
Blasted the shower walls of scum and mineral residue from well water almost effortlessly (took longer than I wanted but there was no scrubbing so I liked that part of it).
It worked great on my linoleum floors.
Cons - cord is too short and there is no water level indicator.
The steam does not go as long as advertised.
Need lots of cloths as they get dirty fast.
The clips on the large brush are sturdy but if not careful can bite you with their sharp teeth. Not great getting clean right along the baseboards.

got high expectations, but it did not do the job, it does disinfect rather than clean, did not work on my floors, left numerous streaks, forget about windows and mirrors, the attachment is useless, bathroom , yes, but I clean my bathroom regularly and with the mess it makes I still have to use the cloth to wipe it out. I am happy with my ultimate cloth and one bottle of chemicals for tough stains, so for me personally it does not work. Now, after reading some reviews, I worry about the quality of this machine, would not like to ask for the replacement parts.

I received this product at my door early in the morning. I was very excited to start cleaning with it so I assembled it immediately. I first tried it on my wall and it did nothing. Then I went to my floor and I saw no difference. Then it was upstairs to my walk in shower. After spending one and a half hours trying to clean the glass doors and the grout my shower looked the same. Honestly what a waste of time. I was so upset I waited for it to dry out then packed it up and returned it.

I was so excited to see this as a showstopper that I had to order it. It did clean the grout around my sinks, shower stall and stove. The oven cleaning was not so easy and I ended up using the spray stove cleaner. The steam was exceptionally hot and even peeled paint from my baseboards if I got too close.
There is no on off button, no water level indicator and no ready indicator. These should be standard for safety, if not convenience.
If you prefer to avoid chemicals for cleaning, this is a great option, but really not as amazing as the demos on tv. It would be ideal for sanitizing baby toys, play areas etc.

This should be called a dirt loosening tool. The nylon brush attachment is excellent at loosening dirt from corners and crevices. The squeegee attachment is next to useless- doesn't hit the surface evenly. Most disappointing is the brush/floor cleaning. The brush broke on 2nd use- the spring fell out and even when I find it not sure how I could get it together. Cheaply made and wouldn't recommend.

I was very disappointed with this product. It did not clean my BBQ, it did not clean my stove and it did not clean my shower. I got fed up and did not try it on my floors. Yes I followed the instructions and yes the steam was very hot coming out of the instrument but eurosteam failed miserably and I would challenge the company to come to my house to use their product on my BBQ, stove and shower. I did return the item today.

I really looked forward to this product given the other positive reviews. Unfortunately found the steam to be warm despite a lengthy heating up period (half hour). Also found the floor brush would not stay attached to the extension tube.
Sending it back today.

and i have no idea how to go about doing so. its the part that has the on/off red switch as i used mine so much that i broke off the end piece where you attach the little brushes and things. could someone please tell me how to get a hold of the company.
