In November 2012, the CFL marked a major milestone with the playing of the 100th Grey Cup championship game. To mark this event, the Royal Canadian Mint and Canada Post issued a number of collector coins, stamps and other collectible items. This “Ultimate CFL Fan Pack” is the top quality collectible offered to mark this event. This comprehensive collection comes presented in a large embossed mahogany finish case. Inside, all of the following items are included:
• a reproduction of the Grey Cup stamp struck in pure silver (unique to this set)
• a one-dollar uncirculated coin featuring the Grey Cup
• an interpretive replica of the Grey Cup, one of 8,000 numbered (height 185 mm)
• a special pane of the nine commemorative stamps
• a souvenir sheet featuring the eight CFL team logo stamps
• Nine silver-edged collectible pins depicting the eight team logos plus one featuring the 100th Grey Cup commemorative logo
• a 28-page information booklet describing the various bowls and/or games depicted on the stamps—written by the CFL (unique to this set)
