This collection includes all three of the next in line heirs to the Crown, plus a coloured commemorative marking the royal wedding of Prince William and Catherine Middleton. The first three coins are all struck in sterling silver with a new ultra high relief finish achieved by striking the coins at least four times. These coins feature our current monarch Queen Elizabeth II on the obverse, while the reverses feature Prince Charles (The Prince of Wales), Prince William, and Prince Harry. The unusual fact that these coins feature a royal effigy on both sides, as well as the high relief finish and low mintage of just 10,000 of each coin, add to their collectability. The coins are each struck in nearly an ounce of sterling silver.
On 29 April 2011, people across Britain, the Commonwealth, and the world celebrated this exciting moment when Prince William married Miss Catherine Middleton. This event was marked with the issue of the coloured 25 cent coin included in this set.
