This 1967 Centennial issue silver dollar is in superb choice to gem uncirculated condition with original toning, making it one of the highest quality examples to have survived from this issue. The reverse design features a serene and dynamic Canada Goose designed by artist and sculptor Alex Colville. The obverse features the second "mature" effigy of Queen Elizabeth II.
1967 is significant not only as the Centennial year, but also as the final year that silver dollars were ever issued for circulation in Canada. The coin comes protected in a professional hard acrylic display holder.
