The Sak Indigo Bucket Bag

Glad I ignored a couple of the previous reviews or I would have missed out on this great bag. I got the ochre colour and the leather braided handle and accent decoration add the perfect finishing touches. I find it roomy, easy to carry on the shoulder and very attractive. It goes with everything and as far as being floppy, I find that if I set it down a certain way it sits quite nicely. So sometimes it pays to take reviews with a grain of salt. It`s a great bag and the price is right!

I brought this bag in red and very dissappointed. I didn't like the handle and the hardware, They are bigger and heavier than I thought it would be. The other thing is that since it is such a bag big and has no structure, it looks sloppy and flat. I should have listen to the other reviewer(Sis from Moose Jaw.)and not buy it.
I am going to returning this bag to tsc.

I purchased this bag in the dark dark brown, chocolate colour. When I first got this bag it was very stiff. I was alittle worried because it seemed that the dye was painted on rather than drum dyed. However after a couple of weeks it softened up and the more I examine it I realize it is indeed drum dyed leather. It is really roomy and very light weight. I love the outside pockets for quick grab items. The interior lining is really pretty and bright so it is easy to find things. The strap drop is perfect for my winter coat clad plus size frame. I also love the pebble grain leather that I think will get better and better as it wears. I really like this bag and I hope that it lasts a long time.

I just received this bag in red and was very disappointed in it. The color is off, it is a dark brick kind of red and does not really go with anything. It has no structure at all and not even a flat bottom. The handle is nice looking but this bag is not classy or sophisticated. No effort went into the quality of this bag. If it were way less than half this price it would be okay for a teen, maybe. It's not for me...it's going back.

I have this bag in ochre and love it! It is a large, roomy bag, with all the requisite pockets, colorful, strong lining, sturdy zippers and soft pliable leather construction, living up to what I would expect from the Sak. The top-stitching is attractive and well done and the handle fits comfortably on my shoulder. I got it to brighten the winter blahs and it has done just that and goes with anything I wear. All the colours are beautiful - I have several Sak bags and love them all.
