The Sak Sakroots Scarf

I almost didn't order this scarf after reading all the comments but it looked so great on the Hostess that I just decided to go fot it and glad I did !!

Yes it has raw edges and is thin BUT, I think the edges make it look cool and I like it thin because it's not too bulky under winter jacket and not too hot to wear with a blazer or sweater indoors....it's THAT nice that you won't want to take it off. I've had scarves where you feel like you could put your finger right thru it and because of the comments thought this was thin like that, but it wasn't.

I've had so many compliments on it that I ordered another one in orange and LOVE that one too.

Take a chance and order this scarf knowing there are raw edges and you may have to trim from time to time.

The colour combo in the orange scarf is nice but the fabric is so thin that I could see through it. I was afraid that it wouldn't last very long so I sent it back.

the edges are very raw .... very .... and you will continue to have threads hanging all over and getting caught on everything else you are wearing. Makes me wonder how long I will even have a scarf. The print is lovely but!!!!

I purchased the white "Peace Print" version and thought it was lovely when it arrived. I actually liked that it wasn't very heavy, and had a soft feel. On closer inspection, however:

> there were places where the design printed over wrinkles in the fabric, leaving unintended "lines" in the pattern;
> the unfinished edges were very raw, with threads hanging; and
(most serious)
> one section of the fabric had holes in it, as if it had been caught on something, but I think it was from the original weaving process.

Happily I noticed these while I was still able to return the scarf. I considered ordering a replacement because I really like the pattern, but based on some of the other comments below, I don't think I will.

Simply did not like it. Returned it within two hours after receiving it. Purchased the neon colour. It looked so much nicer on tv; cheap looking. Very disappointed.

I bought one in NEON, love the colors, I was looking for the one, which would be a great addition to all my black outfits, great combination of colors and it ties so easily, WINNER !!!!

I bought the orange..It has many colours in it, so it goes with everything. The material is soft, and it is very light, not bulky at all. Wear it with a coat or jacket, or with a sweater etc.

I'm very disappointed in the quality of this scarf and am returning it! I trailed a pathway of threads from opening the box thru the house. Considering a scarf is an accessory worn over tops, sweaters,coats, it wouldn't be very attractive to have debris all over my clothes. Poor quality! I wouldn't purchase this if it were reduced to clear.
