Disappointed!

Having bought Sak handbags before, I was quite disappointed when receiving this one. The quality of the leather is thin, and the lining is cheap in comparison to some of the other bags I have. In addition, the colour Indigo was nothing like on the website. I was expecting a beautiful cobalt blue color but instead it is more like a muted light navy colour. The shoulder strap is thin and the purse buckles when worn crossbody. All in all, not a good buy and I am sorry about this purchase!

Not Enough Support

I am very "picky" when it comes to buying bigger bags.

This is a beautiful bag, but I feel the straps don't offer enough support for the size of the bag. The cross body strap and handles are not robust enough so support the bag if it go really full and heavy.There is also a lot of pulling from where the straps are sewed onto the bag when the bag is full.
