Thermotex Top Rated Platinum Therapy System

as i do have many health issues, i felt the thermotex system would help somewhat which it does, but unfortunately it does not give long lasting relief which i require. it is however, very relaxing and soothing when it is being used as illustrated and i would recommend it to others.

I have had a Thermotex Pad since they FIRST came on the market. I started with the original pad and then up graded over the years. Really helps with my arthritic knees and the back of my legs, where I was getting muscle cramps. Worth every penny.

I bought this for my husband who has chronic back pain. He loves this Thermotex product.

The insert panels you see are not as cumbersome as I feared and give good support to the back without beng thick and bulky. The heat is totally different from an ordinary heating pad and my husband is much more comfortable with it.

Having the velcro straps is brilliant. I know it says you can put it on your body but it's also great to strap the whole unit to the cushion of the couch. It stays in place and doesn't fall down or "scrunch up" as ordinary heating pads tend to do.

So it gives great heat, great support and doesn't fall down. It's definitely a winner.

I have had chronic back pain for 20 years. Now I have osteoarthritis of both knees. I purchased this product as a show stopper. I was very encouraged by alll the positive reviews. However, I was very, very disapppointed. It is not bas good as the thermopad for arthris which is less expensive. It is not flexable enough to use on my knees. I do like the high/low settings, but the theropad has an automatic shut off that can be reset.

As an avid health and wellness "type", I use this product as needed after workouts or after a physically strenuous day.

The cover has a luxurious feel and the product is extremely effective.

I feel good just knowing that I have it at the ready so I can enjoy life!

I was disappointed that I felt no relief. In fact I found it uncomfortable on my back as the hard plate side is what tis to go next to the body. My pain is so bad sometimes that something for moderate pain doesn't work. I was also disappointed that it didn't have a massage factor as well.[that was my mistake however not reading the description carefully] Sent it back.

Has proven effective in my lower back pain treatment. The level of heat is not too hot that I have to worry about leaving it on too long. Very comfortable. Will recommend to others.

I returned this one and the $130 one after having it on for 2 hours and not feeling any warmth at all. They were both uncomfortable and awkward not worth the price at all to me.........but I'm happy that some others find them to be helpful. I thought it would be great for the times I suffer from sciatica and to be able to wrap it around my hip but it didn't.

I used this product as directed for the entire trial period and found that it did help somewhat with my chronic lower back pain. The pad can't be manipulated for the neck and shoulder area and I found it to be too rigid to be used on other areas. The infrared heat is wonderful as described and the quality is there but found it not worth the amount of money I paid. I also bought 2 other units for other family members and they too had the same result. All three units were returned.

My mother has had terrible, debilitating shoulder pain, for years. Since I purchased the knee thermotex unit, and found it incredibly helpful with severe knee pain (bilaterally), I purchased one large unit for my mother. She has received relief from the pain, almost immediately (which was also my experience). She uses it for other painful areas of her body, and it is very relaxing and beneficial. We highly recommend this unit. And CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THERMOTEX is beyond SUPERIOR! One always hopes for a positive response from customer service, in this case, they went beyond my expectations, when I had a small difficulty with my knee unit. However, things were up and working wonderfully, by the next day!! I use the knee unit, and I am thinking of purchasing a second, as both my knees are "bad." The unit has given great relief and the only problem is taking the time to RELAX AND ENJOY THIS INFRA-RED HEAT. THERMOTEX - is service backed by a great product. Don't hesitate, just give it a try, and use it twice a day, as suggested, for 30 days. Just a wonderful product.
