Disappointed in TSC Customer Service

I am so disappointed in TSC's Customer Service Dept. I purchased this TV bundle on April 12/14. With much arguing and effort on my part I just received the TV on May 9/14. Both TSC Customer Service Dept. "Rep's" as well as the shipping company (Same Day Wordwide) "Rep's" were less than accommodating in trying to get this TV delivered to my home. Each interaction with either of these customer service rep's certainly that was supposedly working on trying to get this prooved futile. This was the problem: The times set for delivery are M-F 9:00am - 6:00pm; and no weekend delivery. (coincidentally pretty much the same hours that most customers work). Neither TSC; nor SDWW Shipping could offer a contingency plan. To make matters worse I couldn't believe the audacity that TSC rep suggestion was for me to pick-up my the tv at the shipping company's warehouse that is approx. 75km away from my home, while still planning on charging me for delivery charges of: $39.97. After all these weeks of relentless waiting, and promises of call backs from TSC customer service rep(s) (and of course not receiving such call(s). I got very tired of continuously calling with what seemed to be flat out disregarding behaviour. I really wanted this tv, otherwise I would not have ordered it. I solved by own problem with the delivery issue: I had to take a day off work. Fancy that only customers work; and if they didn't they wouldn't be able to afford to purchase items from the shopping channel, and in turn keep the people that work there employed (One hand washes the other I suppose). This entire oreal does not warrant a rating......this simply is my way of informing other customers of what unfortunate situations can occur; and how highly TSC regards their customers. As for the tv...it isn't even out of the box yet - had to work the entire weekend...maybe I'll update again once it's set up.

TOSHIBA 50" LED SUPERB
I am pleasantly surprised. The picture quality on this TV is amazing. It says its a 60HZ refresh rate but I have not seen any picture blur of anykind. I have it connected to an HD receiver. I compared it to my $2200.00 brand name TV and picture is just as good. This is an incredible deal at this price. If you are looking for a basic LED TV with great picture don't hesitate you will not be disappointed.The sound bar is a nice bonus perfect sound match for this TV.
