Toshiba 3D Blu-ray Player with 2 Year Warranty

This player comes with no cables to hook it up to the TV so It sit in the box. No manual is provided and unless you are knowledgable about electronics, it will still sit in it"s box.

The picture quality it produces is very good. It is easy to set up and use.
Missing is the port for fiber optic sound output. That is a must in this day and age.

We just bought the 55inch smart TV/3D and needed to update our DVD player that we have. Well we were amazed at the picture quality and sharpness with this blue ray player and our new 3D TV. You feel like you can reach our and touch the characters etc. Also there was nowhere that would could purchase this blue ray player with the free 3 DVD's that came with it. Awesome value and a superior product.

I bought this blu-ray player last month, together with the Toshiba 3D TV Showstopper. It was actually an impulse purchase because I only own 2 blu-ray movies and I really didn't see the need for it. Well, what a good buy it was. This player connected to my network flawlessly, so using Netflix was a breeze. I also really like the slow motion and frame advance functions, which, by the way, only work with discs--you cannot use them on Netflix or the other streaming websites. I say 5 stars for this product because I paid much less than the regular price, and its features and performance have exceeded my expectations.

This Toshiba player only can be hooked up by a coaxial cable (orange). And some TV's don't even have a coaxil cable connection. Also it has NO HDMI conection and NO digital optic connection for the best quality sound and picture and NO built in Wi If. It's better to have a 3D,Blu-ray player that comes with all these included connections to avoid disappointment and have the best connections for the best viewing. And you can get one at this price point.So having said that this 3D, Blu-ray is not worth it at this price point offered by TSC! And I don't recommend it!. Sorry Toshiba not good enough!!

I've been using an old DVD player and this Blue Ray is just so superior, the picture is better quality, and it doesn't take 10 minutes for the disk tray to open or disk to load. It also has a slim and sleek profile that looks great! This Blue Ray 100% meets my needs and has already got a lot of use - including some very old DVDs.

Setting up the player was also very simple - basically plug and play. (I needed and HDI cable which I had on hand, and it looks like there are other options too, just not basic cable.)

I purchased this at a lower, promotional price, but it is still a great value and I would recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a Blue Ray.
