Adjustable to all levels of fitness!
from Canada,NB,EEL RIVER CROSSING
Ok, this is great alternative to lifting weights. Easy on the joints and good stretch. Most versatile and most used equipment at our house!I wish there was a DVD as the booklet is a little difficult to understand....I use it for about 15 min twice or three times per week.

I use this now instead of free weights and I get the same workout safely and in half the time. I too would like a DVD if TSC could make it available. Have already recommended this equipment and will continue to do so. It's the best

Love this machine!
I've had this machine for a little over one year. I really like it! It's very versatile. My favorite exercise is the "surfer" which works everything. The user manual is NOT the easiest to understand. I really wish it came with a few instructional DVDs. Perhaps TSC could look into offering some in the future.
