Very handy.

I like it because it raises the recipe up and it is easier to read and the glass keeps the page clean. If there are any splatters I just wipe off the glass. It folds up so it takes up very little room in the cupboard. I was looking for a holder and looked at several, but this one fit the bill. If there is a single recipe that I cut out of a mag, I just put an open book in the holder and place that over it and then the glass. I say glass but it is really plastic so that if it fell I wouldn't have a mess in the kitchen

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
