Suggested Usage:
This non-irritating, alcohol and oil-free formula cares for even the most sensitive skin.
• Apply onto cotton pad and sweep over face, with closed eyelids and lashes until all traces of makeup are removed
• For waterproof formulas, hold cotton pad saturated with Face Off for several seconds and then wipe away
• No need to wash or rinse face
