You will love the combination of blue topaz with a classic cameo in this sterling silver and rose gold plate venetian cameo & blue topaz pendant with chain. Rich with meaning, the cameo depicts Terpsichore, called the "Delight of Dancing," who was one of the nine Muses, ruling over dance and the dramatic chorus. She lends her name to the word "Terpsichorean" which means "of, or relating to, dance". She usually is depicted holding a lyre, accompanying with her music the dancers choirs.

About Vicenza Gold by Tagliamonte
This unique collection from Vicenza (Venice) Italy is the result of five years of research which lead to the rediscovery of the ancient art of Venetian Cameo gems. Mr. Nino Tagliamonte, along with two Venetian artists, successfully experimented with original Roman blending, processing and casting methods to develop a formula allowing them to create Venetian Cameo gems identical to the antique originals. Available in a variety of colours and set with 14K and 18K gold, the gems are hand wrought with incandescent glass, and the exact colour is established only when cooled. These beautiful works of art rival the most breathtaking genuine gemstones!
| | Choker necklaces are made up of one to three or more strands and lie snugly in the middle of your neck. This luxurious look is very Victorian and goes best with off-the-shoulder or elegant V-neck fashions. A classic length that accents virtually any outfit and compliments all necklines. This is the most versatile of all single strand lengths. The princess length necklace is best suited for crew and high necklines. It also compliments low plunging necklines. It's perfect support for a pendant or enhancer. Longer than the princess, and just a bit shorter than an opera length, the matinee necklace is the right choice for casual or business dressing. The opera necklace is the queen of all lengths. When worn as a single strand, it is refined and perfect for high or crew necklines. When doubled upon itself, it serves as a versatile two strand collar. Dripping with elegance the rope necklace was a favourite of Coco Chanel. Wrap it to create multi-strand necklaces and bracelets or double it around your waist for a slimming effect. | |
