Not a great fit
I have several pairs of Orthaheel shoes. Purchsaed these as I thought they would be great for a little dressier look. Very large across the top of the foot and you can't adjust them. I found them way too loose. Returned them right away.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

This shoe is awesome.
Finally a pretty orthaheel sandal with a heel. Please do more. How about a showstopper? Orthaheel is the best.

This is my 3rd Orthaheel product (the two previous ones were the slippers). Yes this sandal is a little wide and I tend to wear narrow to normal width, but I did not find it overly wide because I ordered the size down. I'm usually a 7.5 in sandals and 8 in closed toe shoes. The slippers I ordered in an 8 and noticed they were loose and long (ok for a slipper), so for this sandal I ordered the 7. The presentation clearly recommended to order the size down if you are a half size and the same size if you are right on the size, however I would still recommend trying the size down in the sandal, because sandals are more forgiving and it fits like a true 38 European size and I've that closer to a 7.5 or 8 rather than the Cdn 7 as marked on this shoe. I think the width of the shoe/sandal is to accommodate the orthotic foot-bed design. Note that they have a slight elevation under the ball of the foot (not in the slippers) and will take some breaking in. Best of luck, I love them they are very comfortable, stable and attractive. I expect to do a lot of walking in Europe with them this year! even if I have to add a little thin insole later as they break in more.
Great looking shoe, wonderful fit!
I bought this shoe and also a Kona walking shoe in a size 8. Both are a wonderful fit and look great. When I go on vacation I now have a comfortable shoe for sightseeing, and a lovely stylish shoe for evenings out. This is my first purchase from Vionic, and won't be the last!

I also found the shoes to wide. The style is very pretty and was very disappointed that I had to send them back

I purchased the white in this beautiful shoe but must return it because the fit is too long for my foot and the straps at my toes come in the wrong places. I love the style and if it had fit properly, I would have definitely kept it.
Too Wide ... Again
They look nice and I wish I could keep them. But they are too wide so your foot slides forward and slips around. So it does not look good and it does not feel stable, it feels like I might turn my ankle. I thought they would use the same footbed as the Kelly Wedge which fit well. Please reconsider your sizing on this and other shoes, not everyone who pronates has a wide foot, my foot is average width so I cannot be the only person with this issue. Disappointed.
