Suggested Usage:
VitaTress Stress and Sleep Formula can help with insomnia, stress, irregular sleep patterns, anxiety, nervousness, panic attacks, mood swings, irritability, weight loss and hormonal imbalance. This product can be taken according to the following recommended adult dosages:
• For nervousness take 1 capsule, two times daily, on an empty stomach
• As a sleep aid, take 2 capsules 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime, on an empty stomach
