Suggested Usage:
Using VitaDetox four times per year, 60 days at a time, at the change of each season, helps cleanse the internal organs of the toxins to which we are all exposed.

• For 60 days, take VitaDetox, 2 capsules, twice daily on an empty stomach (20 minutes before a meal or 2 hours after a meal)
• Take a 30 days break without any VitaDetox
• Then repeat, starting with 60 days of VitaDetox

What makes VitaDetox™ better than other detox products on the market?
Most other detoxification products lack the supporting anti-oxidants to clear up the free radical damage caused by the detox. VitaDetox™ is unique in that it includes the proprietary blends of VitaFruits™ and VitaVeggies™ to act as free radical scavengers, thus minimizing side effects of detoxification.

Will I feel sick from using VitaDetox™?
As with any detoxification protocol, some people experience slight symptoms of cleansing such as increased bowel movements and urination. Some people may have a mild headache during the first few days on VitaDetox™. However, side effects are minimized with VitaDetox™ because it contains the anti-oxidants from VitaFruits™ and VitaVeggies™.

Do I need to follow a special diet while on VitaDetox™?
We do suggest that you avoid the following foods as much as possible while taking VitaDetox™: sugar, salt, caffeine, yeast, preservatives, wheat, dairy and alcohol.

How often should I take VitaDetox™?
We suggest that most people detoxify at least 4 times per year, at the change of each season. The body supports a detoxification process the best at these times. However, depending on some people’s level of toxicity, it is recommended that they detoxify more often. In this case, it is best that one seeks the advice of a naturopathic doctor.

Why should I do a detox?
Everyone is exposed to environmental toxins daily. Our food, water, air and homes are toxic. It is important to detoxify to stay ahead of the toxicity of everyday life. Detoxification prevents disease and helps us stay vibrant and healthy as we age.

Can I exercise during the detox?
Yes, it is actually recommended to help to dispel toxins through perspiration. Try to exercise at least 30 minutes, 3-4 times per week.

I’ve done detoxification in the past and became very tired, will this happen with VitaDetox™?
You may experience some days when you feel less energetic than others while taking VitaDetox™. This is a normal side effect of detoxification, when your body is using extra energy to flush the toxins from your system.

What type of water should I drink during the detox?
Pure, clean, preferably reverse osmosis water is best during the detox.

I have mercury fillings in my teeth. Should I remove them before I use VitaDetox™?
It is recommended that everyone have their amalgams removed at some time, however, it is still safe to take VitaDetox™ if you have amalgams in the mouth. Consult your naturopathic doctor or health care practitioner if you are unsure.

Can VitaDetox™ when I am breastfeeding?
No. We suggest not using VitaDetox™ in pregnancy or breastfeeding.

My child is constipated; can I use VitaDetox™ to help her?
Yes. In small doses VitaDetox™ is safe for children, but check with your naturopathic doctor or health care practitioner to be certain.

I have bad acne, will VitaDetox™ help to clear it up?
Yes. Acne is a sign of internal toxicity. VitaDetox™ can help to clear the internal organs of toxicity and in turn, clear up the skin. As the toxic load is minimized in the internal organs, there is less of a need for the toxins to go to the skin as an eliminative organ.
