In the summer I bought the VitaJoints and I thought then that my joints were much better. I just started these a week ago and I feel relief even more in my joints. I just thought as I was getting a bit older I would have a few more aches here and there. As soon as I took VitaFishoil I noticed a difference. I had a rather tiring day at work and when I arrived home there they were. So before I went to bed I took 4 pills along with VitaVeggies and my VitaJoints too. As recommended by the dr. you should take VitaJoints as well as the fishoil. It was like someone had oiled my joints. I had no pain at all the next day (typically I would). I highly recommend the VitafishOil! Yes there is a mild fish taste but it is quickly followed by a yummy creamcycle taste....I LOVE the smell too! If you have any joint pain this is well worth the try! I was fully prepaired to cancel my Auto Delivery but I will be on these forever. They are expencive and believe me if it didn't work I would be the first one to cancel. I think of it like this, I spend money on many other things that I often loose the excitment for soon after buying it. With VitaFishOil I look forward to taking it every morning and the results can only get better over time :)

Way too much Hype for this product
I purchased this as an AutoDelivery during her last show. I listened to all the hosts talk about how much they like them "Like eating candy" and "it has an orange flavor taste to them"....yeah right..NOT!Nothing the hosts every taste during airing ever tastes bad - so much for being truthful about a product.I have been taking them everyday (will continue to do so - just to finish the product (I also cancelled the AutoDelivery)) and I'm still not sure what taste/flavor to describe them...to me it's not pleasant, it's not sweet and (I don't smoke or drink so my taste buds are fine) there is very little orange flavor. I chew them, and there is an oil texture to the balls and inside when you bust them open. After I chew them, I (everytime) cough for about 5 minutes afterwards because of the oil stuck in my throat....oh and don't drink a glass of milk after chewing them, it leaves an awful taste in your mouth. I drink alot of water to get the 'oil' feelling out of my throat. From what I read about fish oil, it does work for the body, but I would and will continue to buy from the store - smalll capsules that you swollow and a couple of brands - don't have any smell attached to the pills when you take them. These pills are not worth the 'hype' broadcasted on air.
