What it is:
VitaTree D3 is the best absorbed form of Vitamin D that is made from the wool of Sheep. When sunlight hits the sheep's wool, Vitamin D3 is produced. Some other Vitamin D3 supplements on the market are made from fish livers, which can be extremely toxic.

What it does:
Vitamin D is not really a Vitamin, but more of a hormone like molecule, which encourages the absorption and metabolism of calcium and phosporous. VitaTree Vitamin D3 is best combined with VitaTree whole food calcium to help ensure proper calcium absorption. The new and improved formula contains Medium Chain Triglycerides from coconut as the carrier oil which is known to be helpful for metabolism. The soybean oil has been removed, to which some people have a sensitivity. The capsules have now been changed to bovine not pork gelatine, which is helpful for those who avoid pork products.
