If your thinking of tapping into raw food or you just want to improve your eating habits, this is the book for you. Lots of good information and recipes that follow at the end of the book. I was surprised to find that I actually liked alot of the oil-free dressings and the Glowing Green Smoothie that you can make in your Vita-Mix for breakfast. It's actually quite good! I've added raw food to the begining of each cooked meal and have noticed that my digestion has improved....big bonus! Kimberly has also added alot of beauty tips as side notes that I found interesting to read as well. Good book.

What a great Book
This is an interesting,well researched and informed book about nutrition.It has excellent guides regarding nutrition and the effect of food on our health.The follow-up diet routine is clear and concise with rationale.All diets are very difficult to maitaine unless one is very determined.I has used the diets and had great results regarding positive health for skin, allergic reactions, and energy.Negative things about the book is that all the diets are very hard to adhere to, there is no alterative to anything,the recipes are mostly for cold food and therefore not pleasant for the fall or winter months when we all need warmth either by food or other means.
