How To Use:
• Attach the pulley and stretching rope: raise and lower your arms directly in front of your body and raise and lower your arms out to your sides, like the arms of a clock.
• With the saddle hook and dual pulley attachment: you can do many different resistance exercises, including lat pull downs, abdominal crunches, cross-overs and elbow extensions for tricep muscles.
