We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, so we’ll gladly accept returns for any purchase made at The Shopping Channel within 30 days of the date you received the item and offer a full refund of the purchase price. We ask only that you return the product in the same condition and with the original packaging in which you received it. Health and beauty products are subject to reasonable trial.

About Your Return
  • Returns to The Shopping Channel are free, but we do not refund original shipping costs with the return. We do not charge a re-stocking fee for reasonable returns. We gladly accept returns for any purchase made at The Shopping Channel within 30 days of the date you received the item.

  • Please allow 15 business days from the date you ship the package back to The Shopping Channel for us to receive the package and complete the returns process. You will receive an email confirming the product has been returned successfully if we have your email address on file. If we do not have your email address please call us at 1-888-2020-888 and we'll quickly add it to your account.

  • Full credit will only apply to those items that are returned with all parts included as originally shipped. Refunds will be made by the same method used for your purchase. You can check your account by logging in on theShoppingChannel.com or by contacting us directly at 1-888-2020-888.

  • If the product you ordered from us did not include a pre-paid Canada Post shipping label please call us at 1-888-2020-888 and we will arrange pick-up and return of your purchase. This will apply primarily to large items such as fitness equipment or large electronics such as big screen televisions.

  • Please try on your Fashion and Jewellery when you receive them for size/fit only. Also, we only accept unopened music, movies and software.

Return Instructions

Step 1 - Repackage with Order Summary
Repack the item(s) you are returning to us in the original packaging and include the original (or a photocopy) Order Summary. If there are several items on your Order Summary please highlight the item(s) you are returning. If your return contains items from more than one order, please enclose each Order Summary. Please do not mix Jewellery with non-Jewellery items in the same return.

Step 2 - Affix Returns Bar Code Label
Your Order Summary has a return label that helps us identify your order - affix it to your return package.

Step 3 - Complete and Affix Pre-Paid Postage Return Label
Put your name and address on the pre-paid returns label, then affix the label to your package over the original shipping label. Keep the tracking number - you can track your return at www.CanadaPost.com. Without this tracking number we cannot track your return.

If you did NOT receive a Pre-Paid Postage Returns label, please call us at 1-888-2020-888 and we will arrange pick-up and return of your purchase.


Returning an item in person
We do not accept in person returns. All returns must be mailed to the appropriate address listed on your return label.
