Easy Pay®

Easy Pay® allows you to spread the price of your purchase over several monthly payments. No interest. No hidden fees. No small print. No worries!

What you need to know:

  • Shipping and handling fees, plus applicable taxes, will be added to your first payment, when the item is shipped to you.

  • The balance owing will be charged in equal payments in 30-day intervals after the date of purchase.

  • If you order online, we offer Easy Pay® payments that are based on the total value of all the items ordered:
    - orders up to $124.99 - 4 payments
    - orders $125 to $199.99 - 5 payments
    - orders $200 to $999.99 - 6 payments
    - orders $1000 or more - 9 payments

  • The Shopping Channel reserves the right to restrict or limit orders billed on Easy Pay® installments. Easy Pay® is only available on revolving credit cards. When pre-paid credit cards, stored value credit cards, gift credit cards and secured credit cards are tendered, orders must be paid in full at time of shipping.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to inform The Shopping Channel if the credit card provided for Easy Pay® has expired, is cancelled, or if the credit card will not authorize.

  • The Shopping Channel will restrict all future purchases if an Easy Pay® installment can not be charged to your credit card the day it is due.

Multipack Reduced S&H Rate

We want to help you save on shipping & handling! If you order more than one item, you automatically receive a reduced Multipack shipping rate.

What you need to know:

  • While we try to ship items together in the same package, some items must be shipped separately.

  • Even if we end up shipping your items in separate packages, you still pay a reduced shipping rate. It's that simple.

Easy Returns

At The Shopping Channel, we want you to be happy with every purchase. So, if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund, including your original shipping and handling charges.

What you need to know:

  • We only ask that you return the product in the same condition and with the same packaging in which you received it.

  • Although you are responsible for any costs incurred to return an item to us, your account will be credited with the full value of the item plus your original shipping and handling charges.

  • Please be advised that it takes an average of seven business days to credit your account from the day we receive the returned item.

Our three easy steps for no-hassle returns:
1. Re-package the item along with all its parts in the box that it came in, or one appropriate for shipping.
2. Complete the back of your order summary and place it inside the box. You may wish to keep a copy for your records.
3. Please return your item via an insured method and keep a copy of the tracking number until your refund has been processed. Please note that Canada Post will not insure jewellery items.
