If you are an existing phone customer, simply click the "My Account" link at the top of any page and follow the steps for "New Online Shoppers". You can register your account online by signing with your Customer Number (found at the top of any order summary/invoice) and phone number. If you're not sure what your Customer Number is, simply call our Customer Care Centre @ 1-888-2020-888 and we'll be happy to look it up for you.
If you're brand new to The Shopping Channel, your account will be established when you make your first purchase with us. If you'd like to register prior to making your first purchase click the "My Account" link at the top of any page and follow the steps for "New Online Shoppers".
