Any changes to an existing order, including requests to cancel your order, must be done through our Customer Care Centre at 1-888-2020-888. Most orders may be modified or cancelled up until midnight EST the same day the order is placed. If you ordered your item between midnight and 3 a.m. EST your order may be processed immediately. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to cancel orders that have been processed for shipment.
