Easy Returns

At The Shopping Channel, we want you to be happy with every purchase. So, if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund, including your original shipping and handling charges.

Extended Holiday Returns
Any gift item ordered by December 8, 2008 can be returned for a full-refund up until January 9, 2009.

What you need to know:

  • We only ask that you return the product in the same condition and with the same packaging in which you received it.

  • Although you are responsible for any costs incurred to return an item to us, your account will be credited with the full value of the item plus your original shipping and handling charges.

  • Please be advised that it takes an average of seven business days to credit your account from the day we receive the returned item.

Our three easy steps for no-hassle returns:
1. Re-package the item along with all its parts in the box that it came in, or one appropriate for shipping.
2. Complete the back of your order summary and place it inside the box. You may wish to keep a copy for your records.
3. Please return your item via an insured method and keep a copy of the tracking number until your refund has been processed. Please note that Canada Post will not insure jewellery items.
