We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make with us. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase please return it within 30 days for a full refund.
To return your purchase, please follow these steps:
1) Re-package the item along with all its parts in the box that it came in, or one appropriate for shipping.
2) Complete the back of your order summary and place it inside the box. You may wish to keep a copy for your records.
3) Please return your item via an insured method and keep a copy of the tracking number until your refund has been processed.

We ask only that you return the product in the same condition and with the same packaging in which you received it. Health and beauty products are subject to reasonable trial (moderate use of the product).
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the item is received in our warehouse. Refunds are credited back to the method of payment used. For example, if you purchased by your credit card, the refund will be applied to the same card. If this time frame has passed, please contact our Customer Care Centre with the tracking number that you received when you insured your package for return. We are not responsible for packages returned without insurance.

Returning a drop-ship item Most drop-ship items must be returned directly to the supplier. Please follow the return instructions included with your order. If a drop-ship item is returned to one of the tSc return addresses above, it will delay your refund. If you are unsure where to return your drop-ship item, please contact our Customer Care Centre at 1-888-2020-888 and we can help direct you.
Insuring your return Insurance protects you against theft or loss of the item you're returning. An insurance tracking number is required to verify that your order has been received by our warehouse. We are not responsible for packages that are returned without insurance.
Returning an item in person Presently, we do not have the facility to accept in person returns. All returns must be mailed to the appropriate address listed on your order summary.
Simply complete the back of your order summary and return the item to The Shopping Channel. For your protection, when returning your purchase, please use an insurable method of delivery. Please note that Canada Post will not insure jewellery items. You are responsible for any costs incurred to return an item to us. It takes an average of seven business days from the day we receive the returned item to credit your account.
