When you place an order for multiple items, you will receive a reduced shipping rate based on the combined weight of your total order.
While we try to ship items together in the same package, some items must be shipped separately. In this case, we will split your order into multiple shipments but will still charge you the reduced multi-pack shipping rate.
For insurance reasons we cannot multi-pack fine jewellery items. Ordering fine jewellery separately (one item per order) will ensure prompt delivery.
Please note: The cut-off time for order modifications is 12:00 a.m. EST. Orders placed after that time cannot be multi-packed with previous orders.
