Online, Shipping & Handling charges are displayed prominently on our Product pages, Shopping Cart and during the checkout process. Save with our Multipack Reduced Shipping & Handling Program by ordering more than one item, you will automatically receive a reduced Shipping & Handling charge. To view what your final Multipack Shipping & Handling charge will be, simply add the items to your Shopping Cart. We offer delivery within Canada only. Courier shipping requires a physical street number and address (no P.O. boxes). Should your address fall outside normal delivery areas, you will be contacted and informed of any additional shipping charges. Multipack Discount We want to help you save on shipping & handling! If you order more than one item, you automatically receive a reduced Multipack shipping rate which is based on your entire order's weight. Some items may be shipped separately however you still pay a reduced shipping rate…It’s that simple! To view your total shipping charge which includes our Multipack discount, simply add the items you wish to order to your shopping cart. Note some items are excluded from our Multipack discount. Shipping Methods We offer the following shipping methods: - Canada Post (7 to 10 business days) - Courier Ground (5 to 7 Business Days) - Courier Air (3 to 5 business days) Items shipped directly from our suppliers may have a longer delivery time-frame of 15 - 21 business days. This information along with any delivery restrictions are detailed on our product pages. Bill To / Ship To You can choose to have your order shipped to one or more addresses during the checkout process. With this option the order total and payment information, is sent to the billing address on file while the items selected will be sent to the shipping addresses chosen. The order total and payment information is not sent to the shipping address. Order Tracking Click ‘Order Status’ at the top of our website to view the status of your order(s). You will be provided details on where your order currently is within our shipping process. A tracking number is automatically assigned to your order. Once your order has been shipped, you can use the tracking number to track where your order is after it leaves our warehouse. Order status is available within 24 hours of placing an order. You may also view your Order Status by logging into your online account and clicking Order History. Check your Order Status now. |
