Our search engine was not able to find any matches to the item number or keywords you entered. Double-check the spelling of the keyword(s) you entered or try broadening your search.

What does "Page Not Found" or "404 Error" mean?
The Web browser you are using can't find the page you're asking for. This problem may be caused by keying in an incorrect URL into your brower's Address Bar. Double-check to ensure that you didn't miss any characters (letters, numbers, or punctuation marks.) Make sure the letters are correctly capitalized.

What does "Server Error" mean?
The "server" is the series of computers where the various pages that make up TheShoppingChannel.com are stored. A "server error" message indicates a technical issue is occurring that we are in the process of fixing. The problem is usually fixed quickly, so check back with us within a few minutes.

Why do I receive a security warning when accessing TheShoppingChannel.com?
The security warning is due to your browser security settings. To access and shop our Web site, you’ll need to add us to your list of Trusted Sites. Follow these steps:

1. From the Internet Explorer Tools menu, click Internet Options.
2. In the Internet Options dialog box, click the Security tab.
3. Click the Trusted sites icon, and then click the Sites button.
4. In the Trusted Sites dialog box, enter our Web site URL http://www.theshoppingchannel.com/ in the “Add this Web site to the zone” box. Make sure that there are no additional spaces before of after the URL.
5. Click Add.
6. Click OK.
7. If the Default Level button is enabled, set the Security Settings for the Trusted Site Zone to the recommended settings by clicking the Default Level button. The level should now display Low.
8. Click OK.
9. The Zone displayed in the lower right corner of the browser status bar should now show Trusted Sites.
