Arturo is a hands-on designer with a passion to create modern classic footwear that is uniquely updated and always affordable. Arturo travels the world and brings global influence from trips to Bangkok, Burma, Tibet and India to his collections.

Arturo Chiang was raised in Chile with family also rooted in China. He studied at the prestigious school of design in Paris, Ecoles de la Chambre Syndicale de la Couture. Once he received his degrees, he took a position at the famed couture house of Jean Patou. In 1985, Arturo moved to New York, studied at the Fashion Institute of Technology and continued to work in couture with luxurious Italian fabrics.

Since then, Arturo has worked with influential fashion leaders such as Nine West Group where he held the position of Senior Footwear Designer for eight years.

The Arturo Chiang collection gives a woman affordable luxury and timeless styling. “The woman who wears my designs is sophisticated and follows fashion, but is not led by the trends.”
