What is The Shopping Channel's 30-Day Money Back Guarantee / Returns Policy?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we will accept your returns within 30 days of you receiving the item.

When returning an item, please keep in mind the time it will take to ship the item back to us (7 to 10 business days via Canada Post).

Your returned item must be received back in our warehouse within 30 days of you receiving the item at home and must be in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.

Returned items received after 30 days will not be processed. You will have the option to have the item sent back to you for a flat shipping fee of $15.

What is The Shopping Channel's Return Policy on Holiday Gifts?

The returned gift item must be received in our warehouse by January 16, so keep in mind the time it will take to ship the item back to us (7 to 10 business days via Canada Post). Your returned gift must be in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.

What items are excluded from this Extended Holiday Gifts Return Policy?

  • Fashion apparel (includes tops, outerwear, jackets, pants, jeans, skirts, dresses, sets, activewear, beachwear, intimates & shapewear)
  • Footwear (includes boots, shoes, & sandals). All Orthaheel footwear is included in our Extended Holiday Returns policy.
  • Holiday decor (includes trees, wreaths, garland, seasonal storage & outdoor decor)

These items are still covered by our standard 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.

Are there any restrictions on returns?


Health & Beauty products are subject to reasonable trial. Empty jars, bottles, etc. will not be accepted as a returned item.

Fashion & Jewellery returns are processed for products tried on for size / fit only.

Music, Movie & Software returns are processed for unopened products only.

"Last Chance" Clearance items are final sale. Returned "Last Chance" items will not be processed - you will have the option to have the item sent back to you at your cost.

Do I have to pay to return an item?

No, but please note that we do not refund your original shipping costs when we process your refund. We do not charge a re-stocking fee for reasonable returns. There is no postage cost to return your item provided you use the Canada Post returns label that is included with your order.

How do I return an item?


Our Canada Post Pre-Paid Returns label can be used in 4 steps:

Step 1 - Detach Returns Bar Code Label (the label that helps us identify your order) from your Order Summary.

Step 2 - Pack your return securely in the original packaging and include the original (or a photocopy of) Order Summary.

Please highlight the item(s) you are returning and note the reason for your return. If your return contains items from more than one order, please enclose all Order Summaries.

NOTE: Please do not combine jewellery and non-jewellery items in the same return.

Step 3 - Complete the Pre-Paid Postage Returns label with your name and address. Peel off and keep the tracking number.

NOTE: Be sure to keep / record this tracking in a safe place. Without it we cannot track your package if it becomes lost en route to us.

Step 4 - Affix both the Return Bar Code and the Pre-Paid Returns label to your package, covering the original shipping label.

What if I don't have a Pre-Paid Returns label?


If the product you ordered did not include a Canada Post Pre-Paid Returns label, or if you misplaced your label, please call us at 1-888-2020-888 to have a label emailed to you, or to arrange a pick-up and return of your purchase. This applies primarily to large items such as fitness equipment, big screen televisions, etc.

Can I return an item in person?


No, we do not accept in-person returns. You can return your item at no cost by using our Canada Post Pre-Paid returns label, as described above.

How long does it take to process a refund?


Please allow 15 business days from the date you ship the package back to The Shopping Channel for us to receive the package and complete the returns process. Full credit will only apply to those items that are returned with all parts included as originally shipped. Refunds will be made by the same method used for your purchase. If we have your email address on file, you will receive an email confirming the product has been returned successfully. You can also check your returns status online by signing in to your account.
