Shipping & Handling charges are shown along with the price of the product during our TV broadcast.
When shopping online, look for Shipping & Handling charges on each and every product detail page. You'll find your total Shipping & Handling charges in your Cart and during the checkout process.

When you purchase more than one item in a single order, you'll automatically qualify for our Multipack Reduced Shipping & Handling Program which gives you 50% off the shipping charges for each additional item. Your Cart will confirm what your final Multipack Shipping & Handling charge will be. Some restrictions apply.
When calculating shipping & handling charges, the shipping weight of your order is always rounded down to the nearest weight in the fee schedule. Therefore, an item with a shipping rate of 1-1/2 lbs will be charged at the 1lb shipping rate.

We want to help you save on Shipping & Handling! When you purchase more than one item in a single order, you automatically receive 50% off the shipping charges for each additional item. Items are prioritized according to their “shipping weight”, with the heaviest item designated as the first item in your order. An item’s “shipping weight” is usually the same as the item’s actual weight, unless the item is particularly large or bulky, in which case an additional premium is added to the item’s actual weight to arrive at the item’s “shipping weight”. Some items may be shipped separately, however, you still pay a reduced shipping rate. It's that simple!
Note some items - such as our Auto Delivery items - are excluded from our Multipack discount.
Currently, items can only be added or removed from an existing order by calling in to our Customer Care Centre at 1-888-2020-888.
Understanding that our customers sometimes need to cancel, change or add to an order after it is initially placed, order processing is held off until 12:00am (midnight) each night, at which point our highly automated fulfillment process begins. Accordingly, if a customer wants to cancel or otherwise modify their order, it must be done by 11:59pm EST before the systematic fulfillment of orders begins.
Our main National Distribution Centre regularly processes 10,000 packages or more each day, with many of the processes being highly automated. Therefore, you can understand the difficulty of trying to find and pull back a package after the process has started – it’s a lot like looking for a needle in a hay stack. And, extending the cut-off time to allow orders to be cancelled after midnight, would only serve to delay the delivery of everyone’s package. So, in order to ensure that your package, and those of all our other customers are processed as quickly and efficiently as possible, we are all bound to our midnight processing deadline.
We offer the following delivery methods:
- Standard Shipping (7 to 10 business days for delivery)
- Express Shipping (5 to 7 Business Days for delivery)
- Courier Air (3 to 5 business days for delivery)
Items shipped directly from our suppliers may have a longer delivery time-frame of 15 - 21 business days. This information along with any delivery restrictions are detailed on our product pages.
Bill To / Ship To
You can choose to have your order shipped to one or more addresses during the checkout process. With this option the order total and payment information, is sent to the billing address on file while the items selected will be sent to the shipping addresses chosen. The order total and payment information is not sent to the shipping address.
Click "Order Status" at the bottom of our website to view the status of your order(s). You will need to sign into Your Account or create a new online account and select Order History. Your account will provide you details on where your order currently is within our shipping process. A tracking number is automatically assigned to your order. Once your order has been shipped, you can use the tracking number to track where your order is after it leaves our warehouse. Order status is available within 24 hours of placing an order.
