Not Impressed at all!

I loved this kit and still love the product's but I used the brush every other day for 2 month's and then it stopped working! Couldn't send it back because it was past the 30 day's. I know we get great deal's at the shopping channel but when it comes to thing's that are run with a motor, maybe there could be an extended return policy on that item only.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

By trying to keep time at bay
I found it would work sometimes and then stop working out of blue. sent it back before I got stuck with it.
Waste of Money

I also ordered this product when it first appeared at TSC. It worked approximately 12 times and I was happy with the results, but before long it began to fail. After a few months it wouldn't hold a charge and then it wouldn't charge at all. It went in the garbage! With so many similar complaints from customers, TSC should consider sending their entire inventory back to where it came from and spare any future customers the angst that the rest of us have experienced.Serious Skin has damaged its reputation with this inferior product.

love the idea and the product worked great the first time...2 days later only works if you hold the button down and it pulses without allowing a reset...it is obviously recharging or it would not act like a broken tractor...frustrating, as to repair, the cost and duties are not covered in good faith and to compensate customer for product defect. I have had this item for some time and it has been this way since received. Bad buy.

Save yourself the money & trouble

Bought this machine a little over a year ago and have used it no more than 20 times. It just pulsed and I had to keep my finger on the ON button for it to keep turning (pulsing only). The next time I used the machine it just stopped. Sent it for an exchange to Las Vegas - postage cost $17.00. Just got the machine back and had to pay duty charges of $37.00. This is almost equivalent to what I paid for the machine in the first place.

This machine lasted two weeks.

I thought it was something I was doing. Apparently this machine is not ment for long term use. Understandable but within reason.
I truly enjoy the great clean I get with this tool. I too had issues with the brush, I think it was a battery problem . I called the company., they asked me to send the brush / charger back to them and they replaced it . Great customer service!
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I have been using this brush since last year and love it. It cleanses so well and gives you a variety of brushes to get the job done. The odd time it stops for a few seconds but always starts again. Otherwise I would have given it a 5. I am so glad Serious Skin is back in a big way. I've always returned to it when other products have failed.

NOT HAPPY AT ALL!

I purchased one of their kits when the "Cleansing Tool" first came out. I specifically wanted the cleansing tool and I now wish I had purchased another well known Brand. I have wasted my money on the Serious Skin Care Tool/Brush. [Their creams are ok] I used it twice a week and wouldn't you know it...not long after the 30 days were up - SO was this Cleansing Tool Brush. When I try to use it now, it only works intermitently during one cleansing! Obviously cheaply made. As a consumer I find it Very annoying that TSC doesn't ask this Vendor what the "issue" is with their machine and why so many Customers are having the same problem. I have been purchasing items from TSC for approx. 15yrs and this is one purchase I really regret.

First bought a unit as a gift and two weeks later boughtone for myself. The feeling after using the unit was wonderful.Too bad the units don't last. Was very careful with the unitread the instructions and would use for maybe 5 minutes 4 timesa week. My unit would last with no more than 20 seconds and yesit was charged properly. Left it alone for a week, tried again and againno more than 20 seconds. The one I gave as a giftlasted 5 weeks. Sad to say don't waste your money!!!
