Come on Winter
Can't give 5 stars because I haven't had a chance to wear it as yet. It is quite pretty for a hood and the fabric nice and fleecy and it certainly is warm. Fortunately I have a small head so it is plenty big enough for me but I did read the other reviews.I look forward to being warm this winter. There are so many ways sto wear it and I shall try them all.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Does the job
Definitely warm and protects you from the wind and cold. Found it big and while shoveling, I had to keep pushing it back, even with the drawstring fastened snugly. Warmest head gear I've ever seen. Tried the various ways to wear but as a head cover still the best usage. Bought three to share with my children but they felt it was too warm and didn't care for the fly-away or flat hair.

I bought one is black and whit
from Mrs. Ng
I bought one for me is ok not for teen or man because too small. It is better if you have short hair. Anyway warm and comfortable.
I bought three of these, one in each colour. One was bought for XMAS and the other two were for myself and a friend. When I tried it on I noticed how tight the hat was to pull on but once it was on it was comfortable and cozy. It does mess up the hair coming off. My friend found the same thing. I don't like anything tight around my neck and found this very comfy. The colours were nice.
from Winnipeg, Manitoba
I received the set with the hood and gloves in leopard. The gloves were a little large but the hood is great. I don't wear it often but Winnipeg has harsh winters so when it's needed, I pull it out and it keeps me warm. You can wear it in so many ways, it's worth the money.
one size fits all?
The product fits a little snug. I do not have a big head but someone with a bigger head might find it too tight. Seems warm and should keep me snug during those cold dog walks in the winter. I like the fact that it does have the option to cover your face as well. Would have given it a perfect score it not for the sizing.
no more frostbitten noses!
I do not like winter and especially the cold winds it brings to Winnipeg. I love to walk but it too becomes a chore when you are always trying to keep a scarf around your nose. I look forward to just pulling the hot headz panel over my nose this winter and once again looking forward to crisp winter walks.
I AM COMING BACK FOR MORE ! MY HUSBAND WORKS OUTSIDE AND, GRANTED, VANCOUVER DOES GET AS COLD AS MANY PLACES, BUT COLD ENOUGH! Now buying for friends and co workers !
Repeat Purchase !
Over the past few years, ever since they were introduced to The Shopping Channel, I have made annual purchases of this item for "Winter Survival". They last forever and I keep buying more as my friends asking for them. They are the perfect gift/stocking stuffer type of item. Great for the under $20 secret santa office party gift.It really does keep you dry and very warm even in 40 below and in -85 wind chill conditions. Fantastic for "in the trunk" auto survival kit,and on a similar topic, it is a must have for any decent disaster emergency kit.
