Emmy Award-winning film and television actress Tracey Bregman has thrilled fans with her portrayal of Lauren Fenmore on both “The Young and the Restless” and “The Bold and the Beautiful.” Tracey's extensive acting resume boasts television, telefilm and feature film credits that have garnered her numerous awards and accolades over the years. In addition, Tracey is also an accomplished singer and songwriter.
Born in Munich, Germany, Tracey was raised in London, England until the age of ten. Her family settled in Southern California when she was eleven and Tracey began studying acting at the prestigious Lee Strasberg Theatre.
In her personal life, Tracey is very health conscious and adheres to a vegetarian diet. She works out regularly, hikes and has been doing Pilates for 20 years. She has two boys, Austin and Landon, and resides in Malibu.
