Not bad, but you do have to take care of

I think 3.5 stars is a better rating. These are nice pans, and the non-stick coating is very nice. Especially initially. Over time, I have noticed some of the problems other people have mentioned in their reviews, but I treat them very carefully, and am managing to keep them in good condition. As instructions say, no Pam or other spray-on oils, avoid continued exposure to high heat, let the pan cool before washing (hand washing - no dishwasher). Over time they do become slightly discoloured in areas, and there is some sticking, but I have found washing with dish soap and baking soda cleans them quite well. It's worth it to go though all of that (really isn't a chore) to keep them in good working order, and so far, they are the best non-stick pans I have ever had.

Last year two green pans were offered as a showstopper and I purchased them with the idea that I would cook with as little to no oil at all also minding the environment. It took several months until I actually used them. I have never used more grease with my food and it would stick everytime. To fry eggs or omlettes is disgusting in these pans. I finally threw mine out this week. I will never buy these again and they are too expensive for what they are worth.

I have used the pan quite a lot ,at first it was great.
Chef Mark Mcewan must use new pans on every show, one more thing keep your receipt or the warranty is not in force.

l used these pans for a few months with no problem...now the eggs and meat stick to the bottom even when l use pam or butter....l am very disappointed in this product

Have had these pans for a year now. Followed directions exactly. They are stained, sticking and a lot of work to clean. I cannot imaging using them in a busy restaurant kitchen.
I would not buy again and would suggest you save your money.

Mark McEwan can't possibly use these pans ..... they are not easy to clean, they stain like any other non-stick pan and these pans sold by TSC are not the same as the pans sold at other retailers. I suspect a special edition green pan was produced for sale on TSC. For what they are, they are way overpriced!!! Save your money!!!!

Bought 3 sets, 2 as gifts. I am a chef with my own catering business (25 yrs) & I have used all kinds of non-stick pans. These are by far the worst I have ever used! The food sticks too often....the pan actually gets a black coating on it on the area that doesn't have food frying on it. Can't get a nice brown result unless it is cooked too long. The dead give away that these pans are garbage, is when you first pick them up & the handle is thin & uncomfortable. I am shocked that Mark McEwan would have anything to do with promoting such a bad product. If someone isn't too experienced with cooking, they might mistakenly feel that these are good pans.....but compared to others on the market, these worse than some of the lowest priced ones I have used.

So far I love them. I have made grilled cheese, fried potatoes and cooked bacon in them. They fry nicely with very little butter. They also clean super easy.......so far so good!!!

Unlike the others, I am a very good cook and the reason I bought these was because they were recommended by chef Mark McEwan. It takes an unusual amount of time to brown any food nicely. also certain foods I find stick to the pan eg, eggs .and french toast, clean ups are some what easy however the bottom ofthe pan gets tarnished.and sticky.
