This knife set is just the perfect size for all jobs . The knives are sharp and easy to use I use them everyday and so does my husband . He also loves this set. I would highly recommend this set to anyone. The knives are solid and evenly balanced for easy use . Great for cutting everything from tomatoes to meat with ease . They do the job of big knives with less effort which I love . No more searching for the perfect knife set . I have found it in this set of knives .

This is the perfect cutlery set for me in the weight(surprisingly weighty for it's size) and the actual size of the knife.The blade runs right through the handle as all good quality cutlery does. If you have a smaller hand this size of knife really is a treasure and complements the larger size knives that are needed as well.
I just cannot say enough positives about this KitchenAid set .. and to have the block come with it is a real bonus.
It is a plus to have in any kitchen.

Absolutely love these knives. They do everything the big knives do but a lot easier to hold. They are very sharp and cut with little effort. Highly recommend them

I like the small block, as it does not take up much space. We are always looking for another small knife, and this set is perfect. The knives are very sharp, and work really well. I put the knives in the block upside down, to avoid dulling the knives on the wood. It would be better if the slots were sideways. This would make a great gift.
