Perfect accessory to the 30 Day Shred!

This is a must-have to go with the 30-Day Shred workout DVD!! I've used other mats and weights, but these are the perfect weight and the mat grips just right! If you haven't tried the workout yet, you see results day 2 and you feel them day 1! The workouts are only about 25 minutes, including warm up and cool down. There is no excuse you can come up with to miss that. It's a great tool for success!
