How To Choose Your Size 
Regular Sized Ear Mitts® Bandless Ear Muffs fit about 85% of the population. Please remember that ear size does not relate to your age, sex, height, or weight.
The smaller size has a 10% smaller opening for your ear. If you are a person with petite features such as smaller hands and feet, you might want to try a smaller size.
In the case of a child, please note that you have to go on a case by case basis, because some children can use the regular size.
