Well worth the money! These work! Work great for facial hair and have done my legs with these.No burning or itching or even redness after and the best part...no messy creams!! Wish I had bought these long ago.

If I ordered it on regular price it would be returned. I'm gentle with it and it is not doing its job as has been promised - just good for polishing on returning in a form of goose bumps hair... for longer hair it does not work for me. I like better "Tweeze" I had bought (and use over and over as purchased with battery charger from TSC). Maybe problem is in "not even quality of pads" as some customers like them - not me: for me it's going to be a polishing staff, days to come, and no more purchase.

I was surprised at the comment from the lady that says she can't use this product because she is a Diabetic. I am too and haven't had a single problem with the kit. It works just fine - just be sure you don't rub so hard you break the skin.

I have used the facial hair removal pads many times and have never had a problem. True, once you start with them, you are stuck with them till you find something else that is as gentle on the face as this is. The trick is to trade the pad often and don't rub as if you are digging for gold. A light surface rub works and the hair comes back softer but long in between necessary removal. I have very white sensitive skin and these pads do not to any damsage at all. Very confused why so many women are having problems with them. In fact, I'm ordering more right now.

The worst product I have bought. Takes forever to rub hair off and then they are broken off and aren't even as short as if you've shaved. Left my skin full of scabs. What a waste!

I love this product! It gets rid of the hair, and exfoliates the skin leaving it soft and smooth.
I use it between shavings when I have a little stubble and it works like a charm.

I call it disappointing because I didn't get a chance to use it. I always read the instructions first and this was clearly marked as not being suitable for diabetics but that was not shown in the website description. This is something that has come up before with a product I purchased and I think it should be clearly shown on the website. Now i have to go to the trouble of returning it and waiting for a refund - again!!!!.
