nothing but problems since day one ...sound cuts off ...cant get it back or it blares at you and cant turn it down..called sharp almost every month..always get the run around sharp tells me that they don't know if its the tv or the speaker system and to unplug both devices and always tell us to revert back to factory settings..no help at all finally asked for a manager ..and now they want the receipt faxed to prove when TV is bought and if warranty is still in effect...then it takes appx 24 hours to review and then they will send to sharp dealer then they will call and make an appointment to come look at it..hopefully it is soon ..feel sorry for the people who paid full price for it I bought it when it was a show stopper ..and what about when the sales person said they can see the settings and change whatever needs to be done from their terminal not one sharp representative did it ...absolute garbage ..im at the point where I want a new system or my money back .... problem since Feb. 2013
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Disappointed with my purchase
This is the pitts of a deal, the TV quality isn't that great and the sound bar is even worse, it keeps dropping the sound several times a day and we have made 3 calls to Sharp and with no accomplishment at all. They expect us to buy another cable or have it serviced. The service centre we have here in town, I wouldn't bring a dog to!!!! Not a happy camper right now and would not recommend this product at all.

like others that posted reviews, the tv was a purchase that i regreted. the sound bar is useless piece of plastic that sits on top of the tv stand. tracking for the tv delivery was none existent(the tracking number with canada post was not valid); tv arrived via sameday courier. tv screen had a line of blue led's that would not go away. sharp eventually replaced the tv. the extended warranty is suspect; in conversation w sharp they indicated no knowledge of a 2 year warranty. what made me purchase was the sound bar and the extended warranty. both garbage.

The TV works beautifully in spite of the 'help' desk. Once set up, it is very easy to use. The resolution is stunning and almost unreal. The sound is terrific as well.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Waste of Money - Hugely disappointed

Dreadful experience with this Television. Slow shipping..Soundbar rarely works. Television sound cuts off. Tv shuts off daily with no warning. What a waste of money. The soundbar is useless, and I have now disconnected it completely. I had professional installers come to set up the TV and they remarked on how poorly the soundbar wiring was set up. Sound bar only works with your TV, not the DVD/ PS3 or any other devices that are attached. One of the selling features was the SHARP support team was able to connect to your tv remotely and make the necessary adjustments...not so, only rudimentary adjustments can be make but they weren't able to connect to my TV so I didn't even get that help.. Sharp customer service blames the cables/cable company. I have called in 5 tines in three weeks. The big problem with purchasing big ticket items from the shopping channel is returns. It is such a huge hassle ..I will never again purchase a big ticket item from them again.

Expected a lot better product. We ended up sending it back, the sound bar was brutal would'nt work at all with the PS3 so we disconnected right away. Then the tv itself had audio issues too. The sound wouldn't always come on with the tv, so in order to get it to work we'd have to turn the tv on and off several times. Tv had an excellent picture thats all the good i can say though.

Picture ok...not as good as I expected from Sharp Aquos. Sound bar is terrible and we disconnected it the same day so don't let that "bonus" sway you. Have seen comparable prices to the "showstopper" price from other dealers for this brand and others so now think the deal wasn't so much of a deal. Thought it would be better than it is...definitely not worth the "full price".

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE SN & SHARP

Spent nearly 2 hours with Sharp didnt help much and ended up figuring it out myself i contacted the shopping network they didnt help much a generic answer as always SEND IT BACK It was a terrible experience and it still doesnt work properly plus its not secure on the so called plastic stand i would never buy this type again and for the amount of money i paid i could have got 2 52inch TVs I am still upset after 2 months what has happened to customer service and the customer is always right it makes me sick that the people that dont care sit in their nice mansions with all that money laughing at us AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE A VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER ESPECIALLY WITH THE SHOPPING NETWORK
Love this TV
Replaced 12 yr old big projection tv with this LED HDTV. Wow, what a "sharp", clear picture. Bit of a learning curve with all the tv settings, but got there eventually. Sharp tvs being offered at a sale prices in most retail locations, but as I bought this at Today's Showstopper price, bundled with soundbar and free shipping right to my door, this was a great saving. Not sure I'll use any of the "smart" features but good to have for the future.
